IV League was built on a simple idea: the most refined aesthetic and wellness work is the work that doesn't announce itself. We practice medical aesthetics, IV therapy, and medically-supervised weight loss for a small number of clients women and men who want a considered result they don't have to explain.

Mackenzie built IV League after years inside larger practices watching the same pattern services pushed on volume, not on fit. She started this studio to work the way she believed medical aesthetics and wellness should be worked: fewer clients, longer appointments, and a plan that changes as the person in front of her changes.
