IV League is a private aesthetic and wellness practice in Lubbock, Texas founded on the belief that the most refined medical work is the work no one can pinpoint. Fewer clients. Longer appointments. Plans that change as you do.

A different kind of practice, on purpose.
IV League was founded in 2024 after years of watching the same pattern inside larger practices services pushed on volume, plans written in five-minute intake windows, follow-through outsourced or forgotten. The result was work that looked like everyone else's, and clients who never felt actually seen.
We built this studio to work differently. Fewer clients on the schedule, longer appointments on the calendar, and every plan written by the person who actually provides the treatment. It's slower, quieter, and deliberately harder to scale. That's the point.

Four ideas we refuse to compromise.
Every part of this studio the room, the schedule, the pricing, the follow-through was designed around these four. If any of them isn't true on a given day, we get to the bottom of why.

The most defining aesthetic and wellness work is the work no one can pinpoint. We treat "less" as the harder, more skilled path — and we plan every result around it. If a treatment isn't right for you today, we tell you so.

Our treatments are guided by current clinical standards and tailored to your individual needs. We focus on established options rather than following every trend—and only offer treatments that fit our approach to safe, thoughtful care.

Private consultation rooms. No shared waiting areas. No unsolicited follow-up. What we discuss doesn't leave the room, and what you decide to do isn't anyone's business but yours.

We deliberately book fewer clients than we could. Consultations are thirty minutes, treatments are booked with real margin, and follow-up is a call — not a form. The work costs more time. It's worth it.
— THE STUDIO
A room, not a lobby.
Our studio on the West Loop was designed to feel more like a private practice than a med spa. Warm materials, natural light, a single consultation room and a single treatment room used by one client at a time.
There is no shared waiting area, no reception counter, and no queue. Clients are greeted by name, walked back to the room, and given the appointment they were promised without a checkout desk between them and their car.
This is deliberate. The physical space is part of the treatment.
— WHO WE SERVE
Women and men, equally at home here.
Our client base is deliberately split roughly half women, half men, aged 28 to 68. The practice was built to feel as comfortable for men as for women, which is a design choice, not an afterthought.
