Injectable work at IV League is planned around your face, your skin, and the direction you'd like to age not around what's popular this quarter. Every plan starts with an assessment in the consultation room, before any needle is opened, and every treatment is spaced deliberately to let results settle.
We use Botox with a restraint-first approach, focusing on thoughtful placement and natural-looking results. Treatment is tailored to your facial movement, anatomy, and goals. Fewer tools, used well.

— The Restraint-First Approach
Why "less" is the harder path.
The most defining aesthetic work is the work no one can pinpoint and getting there means saying no to treatments that aren't right today, dosing conservatively at first, and letting a result settle before adding to it.
This means three things in practice:

Botox dosing is individualized. Placement and dosage are based on your facial movement, anatomy, and desired outcome. We take a conservative approach and allow the result to settle before recommending additional treatment.

Filler is discussed separately. It is recommended only when it supports your goals and is included in the treatment plan you approve.

We will refuse treatment that we think is wrong for you today. Sometimes the answer is "let's wait six months." Sometimes it's "not this product." Sometimes it's "not us try a colleague."

— What A Visit Looks Like
The appointment, step by step.
Injectable appointments run 30 to 60 minutes depending on scope. Every visit starts with a five-minute review of your face at rest and in motion, followed by a discussion of what's planned and confirmation of dose. Photos are taken pre- and post- for your file (never used publicly without consent).
Placement typically takes 10–25 minutes. We use fine needles and comfort-focused techniques throughout the treatment. Most clients find the experience manageable, and you’ll leave with clear written aftercare instructions. For first appointments or significant treatment-plan changes, a follow-up is scheduled for approximately two weeks later.
