— What It Is
A controlled infusion, done clinically.
IV therapy delivers a mix of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and amino acids directly into the bloodstream through a small IV line. Because it bypasses the digestive system, absorption is close to 100% and the effect is measurable in hours rather than days.
Hospitals have used IV hydration for a century. What's changed is what it's used for. In a wellness context, IV therapy is a well-established tool for hydration, recovery, immunity support, and with careful formulation real relief from hangover, jet lag, migraine, and post-training depletion.

— When It Helps
Six situations where IV therapy actually earns its cost.
We're honest about when this modality genuinely helps and when it doesn't. Here are the six contexts where we see the clearest client response:
-
Dehydration & depletion. After illness, travel, heat exposure, or hard training, when oral fluids are slow to catch up.
-
Immune support. Vitamin C and zinc drips at the front end of a viral illness, or as a preventive during high-exposure seasons.
-
Athletic recovery. Amino acids and magnesium after high-intensity training, endurance events, or a hard week of loading.
-
Migraine intervention. Magnesium and B-complex infusions during a migraine, especially where oral intake isn't tolerated.
-
Pre- and post-event. Weddings, travel, presentations supported hydration the day before, recovery drips after.
-
NAD+ programs. Cellular energy, cognitive clarity, or long-term recovery goals as a supervised program, not a single visit.
— A note on evidence
IV vitamin therapy is well-studied for specific clinical indications (rehydration, magnesium deficiency, chemotherapy-induced neuropathy, alcohol withdrawal) and has looser evidence for "wellness" indications like energy, glow, or general immunity. Some of our drips are clinically supported; some are experiential. We tell you which is which before you sit down.
— When It Helps
The ritual, step by step.
New IV clients begin with a brief intake medical history, current medications, hydration status, and goal for the visit. If everything is clear, the drip begins within ten minutes of arrival, in a private single-client room.
You'll sit in a reclining chair with a book or a phone, or, if you prefer, just close your eyes. The drip runs 45 to 90 minutes depending on formulation. You're monitored the entire time this is a medical setting, not a lounge.
When it's done, we hand you water and a light snack, review the plan, and schedule your next visit only if it's genuinely useful.
100%
Bioavailability. Because IV therapy bypasses the digestive tract entirely, vitamins and hydration are absorbed at close to 100% compared to 20–50% for oral intake. That's the reason we use it, and the reason we use it selectively.
