— Why Sequenced
Skin doesn't change in one appointment.
Healthy-looking skin isn’t achieved by simply choosing a treatment from a menu. Skin changes over time, and the right approach should evolve with it. Improving the appearance of texture, tone, and overall skin quality is often about consistency, timing, and choosing treatments that fit your individual needs.
At IV League Lubbock, we take a personalized approach to your skin goals. During your consultation, we assess your skin and discuss what you want to improve before creating a treatment plan tailored to you. Your plan can then be refined as your skin changes, helping keep your care focused and intentional throughout the year.
Thoughtful planning. Consistent care. Progress that builds over time.

— The Skin Menu
What we offer,
and when we use it.
Every treatment below is used in sequence, not as a standalone. We'll show you why during the consultation.

— The Sequenced Approach
Why the calendar matters as much as the treatment.
Resurfacing works best in low-sun months November through March in Lubbock. LED and hydration protocols work year-round. Microneedling with PRF is ideally sequenced in autumn or winter. Sun protection strategy shifts spring through summer.
All of this means the same client will get very different treatments across the year not because we're upselling, but because that's how skin work actually produces cumulative results.
— The typical year
Skin needs can shift with the seasons, which is why your treatment approach may change throughout the year.
Fall: A time to focus on skin renewal and texture, with treatments selected according to your individual goals.
Winter: Continued attention to skin quality, hydration, and areas where texture or tone may need additional support.
Spring: Your plan can be adjusted as your skin responds, with greater emphasis on maintaining an even, refreshed appearance.
Summer: Focus shifts toward hydration, protection, and maintaining the progress already made.
Your care is never based on a fixed seasonal formula. Each plan is personalized to your skin, your goals, and how you respond along the way.
This is a general framework, not a treatment prescription.
— What A Visit Looks Like
The room, the ritual.
Skin appointments run 60 to 90 minutes depending on treatment. The treatment room is single-client, dimly lit, and warm designed to feel more like a private retreat than a clinical bay. Every visit begins with a five-minute skin check, walks through what's planned, and ends with a clear home-care update.
You'll leave with written aftercare what to use, what to avoid, and what to watch for. Follow-up questions between visits go directly to the provider, not to a call center.
