— What Peptides Are
Short proteins with specific jobs.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Some tell your cells to repair. Some regulate sleep. Some influence appetite, growth hormone, immune response, or tissue healing. They're not new insulin is a peptide, and we've used it clinically for a century.
What's new is the wellness peptide category molecules being prescribed off-label for sleep, recovery, cognitive function, and longevity. Some of these are genuinely useful and well-tolerated. Some are hype. We're conservative about which is which.

— The Honest Position
What we will and won't prescribe.
The peptide category is a Wild West of clinics prescribing anything for anyone. That's not how we run it. Here's our position clearly:
We will prescribe peptides:
-
When there's a clinical indication supported by evidence (post-surgical BPC-157, DSIP for measured sleep issues, etc.)
-
After a full medical intake and current labs
-
Within defined windows not indefinitely
-
With ongoing monitoring and dose adjustment based on how you're actually responding
We will not prescribe peptides:
-
Without a full intake and current labs
-
For clients with active malignancy (particularly GH-related peptides)
-
As a "trial" — every prescription is a considered decision, not an experiment
-
For indications where the evidence isn't there. If we don't know that a peptide works for what you want, we'll say so.
"The most flattering thing anyone can say about our work is that they can't tell we did anything at all."
— How The Program Runs
Assessment, prescription, and follow-through.
Clients begin with a 45-minute peptide consultation, which includes a review of medical history, current labs, current medications, and specific goals. If a peptide protocol makes sense, we write the plan; if it doesn't, we tell you so and suggest alternatives.
Prescriptions are dispensed through licensed compounding pharmacies. Client self-administration is taught in-clinic for peptides that require it. Follow-up appointments are scheduled at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and then quarterly for ongoing protocols.
— How The Program Runs
Peptide questions we hear most.
— Peptide Assessment
Start with a proper conversation.
The peptide consultation is 45 minutes and includes an honest review of what will actually help you. If a protocol makes sense, we'll write it. If it doesn't, we'll tell you why and often point you to something that will.
